Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Germany. Shipping destinations may expand in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 - 3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.
Can I return my tea order?
Due to the nature of our tea products, we are unable to accept returns of tea items. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to helpt.
Can I return paper goods?
If you're not completely happy with your paper goods, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. As a small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We'll do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
